PRICING AND GST

Delivery charges and any other applicable fees will be displayed or calculated before the order is confirmed.

Prices, promotions and availability may differ between the Website and authorised retailers or distributors. Pest Free Australia is not required to match the price offered by an independently operated retailer or distributor.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WITHIN AUSTRALIA

Pest Free Australia will take reasonable steps to process and dispatch orders promptly.

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe stated on the Website or in the order confirmation. Processing timeframes may vary because of weekends, public holidays, stock availability, pre-order status, special events, weather, carrier disruption or other circumstances.

Orders received before 11:00 am Australian Eastern Time on a normal business day are generally processed that day. Orders received after 11:00 am are generally processed on the next business day. These are processing estimates and not guaranteed dispatch times.

Orders may be shipped through Australia Post or another suitable courier or freight provider. Oversized, overweight, remote-area or special-order deliveries may incur additional charges. Any additional charge requiring your approval will be communicated before dispatch.

DELIVERY ADDRESS AND RECEIPT

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Where an incorrect or incomplete address is supplied, you may be responsible for reasonable additional delivery or redelivery costs, provided those costs were caused by the incorrect information and are not otherwise prohibited by law.

Risk in the products passes to you when the products are delivered to you or to a person authorised by you to receive them, subject to applicable law.

If you authorise a carrier to leave a parcel unattended, you accept the risks reasonably associated with that instruction, except to the extent Pest Free Australia remains responsible under applicable law.

You should inspect your delivery promptly and contact us within a reasonable period if a product is missing, damaged, incorrect or appears to have been tampered with.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery estimates vary by destination, carrier, service level and external conditions.

Any delivery estimate displayed on the Website or supplied in an order confirmation is an estimate only unless Pest Free Australia expressly agrees in writing to a guaranteed delivery date.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

An international shipment is an order delivered outside Australia.

International delivery availability, charges and estimated timeframes depend on the destination, product, carrier and applicable customs requirements.

Pest Free Australia may request customer approval of an international shipping quote before dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot lawfully or reasonably deliver to the destination. If an order is cancelled for this reason, amounts paid for the cancelled order will be refunded.

Unless expressly included in the checkout total, the recipient is responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees and other government or carrier charges imposed in the destination country.

To make a claim under the voluntary guarantee:

– follow the return instructions supplied; and
– return the product within a reasonable period after receiving those instructions.

For purchases made directly through the Pest Free Australia Website, customers are generally responsible for the cost and risk of returning a product under the voluntary 60-Day Money Back Guarantee. We recommend using a trackable and appropriately insured service.

Products purchased through an authorised retailer or distributor should normally be returned to the original place of purchase in accordance with that seller’s return process.

INDEMNITY

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Pest Free Australia against loss, damage, liability or reasonable expense arising directly from:
