Pest Free Australia is committed to processing and dispatching your order as quickly as possible. Orders are generally dispatched within 24 business hours of being placed, excluding weekends, public holidays, pre-orders, weather related events, and periods of unusually high demand. Please note that special orders or products awaiting replenishment may require additional processing time depending on stock availability.

Most products purchased from Pest Free Australia are shipped via Australia Post; however, alternative courier services may be used where appropriate. Oversized, overweight, remote-area, or special-order items may incur additional freight charges. While we make every effort to ensure shipping charges displayed on our Website are accurate, certain products or delivery locations may require revised freight charges. Should this occur, Pest Free Australia will contact you before dispatch to discuss the additional costs or, where possible, arrange an alternative shipping method.

Orders received before 11:00 am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST), Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays), are generally processed on the same business day. Orders received after 11:00 am AEST are typically processed on the next business day. For example, an order placed after 11:00 am on Friday will generally be processed on the following Monday, provided it is not a public holiday.

Once your order has been processed, assigned a tracking number, and collected by the courier, estimated delivery times are determined by the selected carrier. Although Pest Free Australia cannot guarantee carrier delivery times once a shipment has been dispatched, we will provide reasonable assistance in investigating delayed, lost, or damaged shipments where appropriate.

International shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package dimensions, weight, and selected shipping method. In some cases, a shipping quotation may be required before dispatch, and Pest Free Australia will contact you for approval before processing your order.

Pest Free Australia reserves the right to cancel an order and provide a full refund where delivery to the requested destination is not available or cannot be completed at a reasonable cost.

Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for all import duties, customs charges, taxes, brokerage fees, and other government charges applicable in the destination country. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charges unless specifically stated.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered comply with the import regulations and electrical requirements of their destination country.
